Chuck was my inspector and he was very professional and knowledgable.
During the inspection Chuck took time out to explain in detail all the possible problems. He also gave me referrals and suggestions for repairs. The pictures and reports you provided were very helpful because they gave me visuals and commentary of the existing problems. Wayne Morrelly conducted an inspection on my new home on 11/16/05. He was amazing! Without my having to ask a thing, he explained the workings of the HVAC, plumbing, and circuit board. He explained all of the safety mechanisms and under what circumstances I would need to use them. He went over every inch of the space, constantly explaining to me what everything was as well as their purpose.
I had several misgivings about my new home due to problems with the developer, and I came away from the inspection feeling very confident in the space. Wayne was very personable and so knowledgable, he gave me such peace of mind. I am awaiting my report and I know it will be thorough and accurate. If all of your inspectors are as good as Wayne, you have an outstanding business!! I will definitely refer anyone who asks to The House Doctors.

Good Afternoon Chuck,
Jesse Ortiz did a great job in
inspecting a home that I am planning to purchase. The report does not include
prices for possible repairs and my attorney wanted me to contact the inspector
to get this information. Jesse referred me to you for price estimates. Would
you be able to do this for me today? I have attached the actual report and also
a summary of repairs that I created and that I will send to my attorney. If you
could update the summary I created, that would be great.
